Our US Hub in Pennsylvania + Container Programme
Swedish candy is booming in the US — but importing it one parcel at a time is slow and expensive. Our Pennsylvania hub and consolidated container programme are built to fix exactly that. Here's how the model works for American retailers.
Why we stock in Pennsylvania
We hold stock in our US hub in Pennsylvania and fulfil American orders domestically — faster transit, lower per-order cost, and no customs step on every shipment. Instead of each retailer importing small quantities (and clearing customs each time), we ship over in bulk by container and fulfil locally. You can already shop the lines we hold stateside in our Ships from USA collection.
Duty-smart: import once, distribute domestically
The hub's main job is to take the customs friction out of the equation for our customers. Bringing goods across the border in consolidated volumes — rather than as countless individual parcels — means one clearance instead of many, and predictable landed costs. (US businesses importing food can review the FDA's overview of importing food; we handle the heavy lifting for stock we hold.)
A growing US assortment
We started with bestsellers — pallets and bulk cases of fast movers like sour and fruit skulls, vegan skulls and Bubs — and we're adding more lines over time, so American retailers get a widening range without importing it themselves. Stock changes as we restock, so availability varies; if there's a brand or format you want held locally, tell us and demand shapes what we add next.
The container programme: secure your spot
Here's the part we're most excited about. We already ship our own stock from Europe by the container — it's simply the cheapest way to move volume. We're now opening up that space: rather than send empty cube, retailers can secure a spot in an upcoming container and get container-level pricing on their order, without booking a whole container themselves. We consolidate everyone's range into one load, so the more shops that join a container, the better it works for all of us.
- Reserve a spot in our next scheduled container and we add your range to the load.
- Share the economics — container shipping cost is spread across the goods inside, not paid per parcel.
- Land it where you need it — into the US via our Pennsylvania hub, or to your own market.
How to reserve space
Tell us your target volume and timing and we'll allocate space in the next suitable container, confirm cut-off dates, and consolidate your range onto optimised pallets. Start via direct wholesale or book a meeting to plan a slot.
Think of it as ride-sharing for freight: you only pay for the space you use, but you get the per-unit cost of moving a container.
Good to know. Hub availability, stocked range, container schedules, minimums and lead times vary and can change. Import duties, food-labelling and customs requirements depend on the goods and destination and remain the importer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Frequently asked questions
Do you have a US warehouse?
Yes — we hold stock in Pennsylvania and ship domestically within the US, which is faster and avoids a customs step on every order. The local range is growing over time.
What does "secure your spot in our container" mean?
You reserve part of a consolidated container we're already shipping, so you get container-level shipping economics without booking a whole container yourself.
Can you handle customs and import for me?
For stock we hold and consolidate, we manage the bulk import so you don't clear every shipment. Specific responsibilities are confirmed per order; local rules still apply.
